We want you to love your perfume. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
7-day exchange
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Opened or used perfumes can't be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
How to request
WhatsApp us or email nasir405khan@gmail.com with your order number and photos. Return courier charges for change-of-mind exchanges are paid by the customer.
